iDIA Generator


The iDIA generator allows you to generate Method Editor compatible iDIA target lists based on a DIA, a PRM method and a DIA search.

How to use the app:
- Export the list table of your DIA method and PRM method from the method editor.
- Acquire the sample you want to run with iDIA using the provided DIA method. Search the data with your preferred search engine and supply a table of precursor, m/z, and retention time.
- If column names are not accepted by the generator, please download the Example Methods tab and follow the provided format.
- Adjust the Global Settings to match your experimental conditions.
- If iDIA should be run with PRM for heavy and light, provide a PRM method with both heavy and light.
- If using wwPRM for heavy and light, provide a PRM method with either heavy or light only.
